Signs or Advertising Edit page

No signs or other advertising devices are permitted, except for the following:

• One "For Sale" sign may be placed inside the window of a home
• The Flag of the United States of America may be flown, no larger than 3' x 5', with the pole attached to the wooden trim of the porch
• Garage sales are not permitted
